ESMA Sustainable Finance Roadmap 2022-2024

ESMA has published a roadmap setting out three priorities for its sustainable finance work in 2022-24:

• Tackling greenwashing and promoting transparency;
• Building NCAs’ and ESMA’s capacities in the sustainable finance field; and
• Monitoring, assessing and analysing ESG markets and risks.

ESMA will keep the roadmap under review during the entire implementation period of 2022-24 and will shortly launch a call for stakeholders to join a new Consultative Working Group to support ESMA’s work on sustainability.
