BoE has responded to consultation on Fees regime for financial market infrastructure supervision 2023/24, fee rates for the 2023/24 fee year and statement of policy.
In its original consultation, the Bank put forward that the total cost for the 2023/24 fee year of the Bank’s FMI supervisory activity and policy activity that supports it, and was within scope of the Bank’s fee-levying powers, was expected to be £13.8 million, representing an increase of 19% from the previous year.
Following a consideration of the responses received, BoE will proceed with the consultation proposals.
