The BBRS has published its quarterly case resolution data as of 31 March 2024. Key highlights include:
- From a total of 1,037 case registrations, there were 1,006 resolved case outcomes and 31 remain open.
- Of the resolved cases, 146 cases were resolved through conciliation, settlement, mediation or adjudication.
- Out of these, 32 cases were not upheld by adjudication and customers received no financial award, and the remaining 114 cases were upheld, partially upheld by adjudication or settled.
- Of the 114 cases that were upheld, partially upheld by adjudication, or settled:
- 1 customer received no financial adjudication award;
- 41 customers received financial awards by adjudication; and
- 72 were by settlement.
The report provides additional data regarding the most common business types to register cases as well as the most common complaint points.

The top 5 complaint points were:
- Egregious behaviour/gross misconduct
- Errors/not following instructions
- Delays/timescales
- Disputes over sums/charges
