BBRS Contemporary Scheme closes to new registrations

The BBRS’ Contemporary Scheme has closed to new registrations, as planned, at midnight on 13 December 2024.

The BBRS will remain open to resolve complaints for customers that registered before the deadline. The Contemporary Scheme covered incidents since 2019, and was given an extension to operate for 12 months before closing.
