During the relevant period from 1 September to 30 November 2024, the PRA achieved 100% compliance with its service standards across all categories, including new authorisations (4 in total within the period), variations of permission, cancellations, changes in control and applications relating to the SMCR.
The overall year to date figures are reduced to 82% compliance for new authorisations, due to 2 of the 11 total applications in this category not being dealt with within deadlines.
