Ella MarshOn 18 March 2025, Companies House launched a new service enabling eligible third-party corporate service providers to apply to register as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP). This initiative aims to enhance transparency and security in the UK business environment and is part of broader changes introduced under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023.
Starting from 8 April 2025, individuals will be able to verify their identity voluntarily directly online with Companies House using GOV.UK One Login, in person using One Login at a designated Post Office or through a registered ACSP.
