Laura WilesThe first pension provider has successfully connected to the live pensions dashboard system, following the DWP’s staged timetable.
The development follows the three volunteer participant connection journeys conducted in March 2025, designed to facilitate scheme and provider connections.
Further provider and schemes are registered and anticipated to connect to the dashboard system in April 2025.
As set out by the Pension Dashboards Programme in December, a number of volunteer participants will not have completed their connection journeys by the end of April. The Programme is partnering with the FCA and TPR, and understands that there will be no regulatory intervention at this stage for providers and schemes who are not able to meet their ‘connect by’ deadlines due to their dependence on another party who has yet to connect.
