FCA announces new chair of Financial Services Consumer Panel

The FCA has announced that Chris Pond will take over as chair of its Financial Services Consumer Panel from 2 June 2025.

The independent panel provides advice and represents the interests of consumers in assisting the FCA deliver its strategic priorities.

Pond takes over from Helen Charlton, who has led the panel since 2022.
