FCA publishes guidance on notifying the regulators

The FCA has published a webpage setting out when and how to notify it or the PRA about certain events.

FCA-supervised firms are encouraged to use the notification form in SUP15, and dual-regulated firms are encouraged to contact their usual supervisory contact at the FCA and PRA via their usual communication method.

The FCA also sets out examples of information that the regulators will need to be notified of, including general notifications, changes to core information, changes to notified persons, and other events that have or will happen.
