FCA publishes latest Handbook Notice

The FCA has published its latest Handbook Notice, which includes amendments relating to:

• the updated Enforcement Guide (now ENFG), and consequential amendments throughout the Handbook;
• the introduction of the PISCES Sourcebook (PS); and
• the decommissioning of certain data submission requirements.
