FCA updates Enforcement Information Guide

The FCA has updated its Enforcement Information Guide, which sets out its regulatory enforcement process and powers.

The document builds on more detailed information provided in DEPP and the Enforcement Guide (ENFG), which were updated earlier this year. It also provides guidance on:

• Circumstances in which early resolution and discount schemes may be appropriate;
• FCA decision makers;
• Referral to the Upper Tribunal; and
• Publicity.
