The 1 red category is due to 11 applications being determined after the statutory deadline because of operational issues, with 99.1% of applications across all metrics determined within the deadline.
The median processing times for some key applications are currently:
- SMF applications – 38 days
- Part IV authorisations – 111 days
- Change in Control – 40 days
