BoE consults on fees for 2025/26 FMI supervision

The BoE has published a consultation on fees for FMI supervision in 2025/26.

Key proposals include:

• Introducing a new category 3 for UK payment systems to align with other FMI types; and
• Relative to the 2024/25 fee year, an increase of 7.8% for UK CCPs and 15.2% for UK CSDs, reflecting the expansion in chargeable policy work.

The consultation closes on 9 December 2025.
