The Digital Regulation Cooperation Forum has published a call for views on the regulatory challenges that Agentic AI presents. It is particularly interested in:
- the key regulatory challenges firms are facing when adopting or developing agentic AI;
- specific areas where firms feel they most need clarity;
- the extent to which current regulations help or hinder progress;
- what kind of support or guidance firms would find most helpful;
- what sector-specific concerns are there; and
- generally, where firms see future risks or opportunities in using agentic AI.
The call for views closes on 6 November. The DRCF does not intend to provide advice or guidance on comments raised, but wants to use responses in its future work.
