Office of the Public Guardian publishes guidance on powers of attorney, deputyship and guardianship

The Office of the Public Guardian (OPB) has published guidance to help staff in regulated markets understand what services it can offer to customers who may not be able to make their own decisions.

The guidance covers lasting powers of attorney (LPAs), enduring powers of attorney (EPAs), deputyship orders and guardianship court orders, and addresses common questions about how these processes work in practice.
