FCA cancels firm permissions due to late fees

The FCA has issued two final notices cancelling firms’ permissions on the basis that they are is failing to satisfy the suitability threshold condition and are not fit and proper to conduct regulated activities, due to their overdue regulatory fees and levies.

The firms are Grey Money Solutions Limited and Steven Mercer t/a Colourcraft Garage, Heritage UK, Prestige Cars and Shenstone Cars.
