Wealth management firm Logic Investments enters special administration

Logic Investments Ltd – a wealth management firm – has entered special administration.

Alex Watkins and Ed Boyle of Interpath were appointed joint special administrators of the firm on 16 January 2026. In December, Logic had agreed to an FCA requirement preventing it from accepting new clients, client money or assets, or moving existing money or assets without FCA consent.
