CMA has published updates of its actions against Nationwide, Danske Bank and NatWest for breaches of the Retail Banking Order. It found that:
- Nationwide had published inaccurate information through its Open Data APIs on ten occasions;
- Danske had failed to keep BCA product information available through its Open Data APIs up to date and accurate on 45 occasions; and
- NatWest had failed to display the correct APR for an SME lending product offered by Ulster Bank between 2017 and 2022. For some of the period no APR was displayed at all, and for some of it the interest rate was displayed instead.
