FCA has published a decision notice issued to ICE Benchmark Administration Limited ordering it to continue to publish 3 month sterling LIBOR for another year. The final version was originally due to be published on 30 December 2022, but following consultation, FCA intends to require publication until no later than March 2024. The decision, issued in late November, takes effect so long as there have been no representations that persuade FCA not to impose the requirement.
