Emma RadmorePRA is consulting on removing certain SMCR forms from its rulebook and also increasing the period for which employment history is required. It says that by moving the forms, it means it will not need to consult whenever it wants to change them – as is already the case with several other forms. In relation to increasing the required employment history length in Long Form A from 5 years to 10 years, this will bring all forms into a consistent requirement (since MiFID forms already required 10 years of history).
Consultation closes on 28 February.
