FCA is in discussions with the Link Group and Link Fund Solutions over whether its proposed enforcement action against LFS can be resolved by agreement – specifically, that consumers affected by the suspension of the Woodford Equity Income Fund can get redress. It is allowing time for the group to realise assets to meet FCA’s concerns.
