FCA continues Consumer Duty preparation support

FCA has published a further set of portfolio “Dear CEO” letters aimed at helping firms to prepare for the final push towards Consumer Duty implementation. Its latest series of letters cover:

• motor finance providers
• credit unions
• retail finance providers
• mortgage intermediaries and
• credit brokers
