FOS says it’s received requests to investigate complaints about the Nationwide’s Fairer Share Payment scheme which awards £100 to certain members who meet published eligibility criteria. FOS says that it is up to a business to decide how and when they will share profits, and says that any member who feels they meet the eligibility criteria but hasn’t received payment should first take it up with Nationwide. Any complaints should first go to the firm, but FOS may be able to help if an eligible member still has not received payment or feel there is an issue that has prevented them meeting the criteria.
