The House of Lords completed its scrutiny of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Bill on 4 July. The Bill now returns to the Commons for consideration of the Lords’ amendments. At third reading, amendments were made to the PSC requirements and the provisions on registering beneficial owners of overseas entities.
