FOS has published its latest quarterly complaints data. The data covers April – June 2023. All the most complained-about products have seen year on year increases, and the most complained about product remains current accounts. But complaints relating to motor and buildings insurance have reached their highest level in five years. Travel insurance complaints doubled from the same quarter last year to reach a highest figure for this quarter for more than 10 years.
