FCA will shortly start contacting fund operators who are in the UCITS Temporary Marketing Permissions Regime with a view to starting discussions about landing slots for exiting the regime. FCA has not yet finalised the process, but urges operators to ensure their email address on the register is correct, and to ensure that they remove from the register any funds no longer marketing in the UK.
