As part of FCA’s overall update of authorisation application forms it is now formally launching Form A and has started contacting firms to tell them how they can access it to take part in public testing. It plans to release the form first to limited scope and enhanced scope SMCR firms, then to core firms and finally to dual regulated firms. Forms will be available as they are rolled out, and for the time being applicants for new authorisations or new ARs should continue to use the current form.
