SFO has written to authorised firms asking for information to help its criminal investigation into suspected fraud by a pre-paid funeral planner, Safe Hands Plans Limited and its parent company. Nearly 50,000 plan holders had paid up to £4,000 for the plans it marketed before the company collapsed.
