Link Fund Solutions is to convene a meeting of all affected investors on 13 December to vote on whether to approve the proposed settlement fund in relation to the LF Equity Income Fund. FCA has confirmed it believes the Scheme offers the quickest and best chance to get a better outcome than other means might achieve. If the proposed redress amount under the Scheme is paid in full, investors should recover around 77p in the pound.
