BoE has published its annual report on its supervision of FMIs. The report looks at what FMIs are, and BoE’s supervisory focuses over the past year. Its priorities for the future will include enhancing both operational and financial resilience of FMIs. The report contains a useful list of the FMIs and service providers currently supervised. There are 3 CCPs, 9 payment systems. 1 “specified provider”, 1 recognised CSD and 2 non-UK incoming CCPs and one CSD.
