FCA appeal against Tribunal decision allowed

Following the Upper Tribunal’s decision last year in relation to FCA’s decision to fine and ban Markos Markou, when the Tribunal concluded FCA’s decisions were unreasonable, FCA announced its intention to appeal the Tribunal decision.

The Court of Appeal has now confirmed that it will allow the appeal, but there is no date yet for the hearing.
