BBRS publishes 2023 report

The BBRS has published its annual report for 2023. The report acknowledges that the service has dealt with far fewer complaints than originally anticipated, but is pleased with the work it has done, and the feedback from customers. The vast majority of customers found the application easy to complete, received a lot of help from their Customer Champion and, while only half the customers were satisfied with the BBRS decisions, almost all felt the decision had been well explained to them.
