HM Treasury has published all its decisions on designating current account providers under the FSMA requirements to provide cash access services. There are 16 recipients of the designation notices – comprising 13 banks, one building society, and Link Scheme Holdings and Link Scheme Limited as operators of cash access coordination arrangements in which at least one participant is a relevant current account provider. The designees were first notified of the proposed designation in January, and the designations took effect on 24 May.
