The FCA has updated its information page on firms in the Contractual Run Off scenario following Brexit. It has clarified that ASPSPs are not obliged to provide CRO firms with access to payment accounts given that CRO firms are not authorised or registered in the UK. It is the choice of the ASPSP whether to allow access.
