UK-Switzerland financial dialogue discusses AI

The first formal meeting of the UK-Switzerland Financial Dialogue since the conclusion of the Berne Agreement took place on 15 October. Among the topics discussed were:

• domestic implementation of the Berne agreement – which is hoped to be by the end of 2025;
• sustainable finance;
• approaches to AI; and
• capital markets regulation.
