The latest edition of the FSCS’s Outlook shows that its levy for the current year is unchanged, and it expects to pay similar amounts in compensation in 2025/6 as in the current year (that is, £367m). However, it expects lower surpluses to be taken forwards, and as a result forecasts a levy of £394m.
