PRA consults on ISPV framework reform

The PRA is consulting on changes to the regulatory framework for Insurance Special Purpose Vehicles. It plans to create a new accelerated pathway for applications and to make it easier for a wider range of current market practices to be undertaken in the UK.

The PRA asks for feedback by 14 February 2025.
