Emma RadmoreThe FCA has renamed the former ESG Advisory Committee and it is now the Sustainable Finance Advisory Committee. The Committee advises the FCA board on emerging sustainability issues, including ensuring the FCA has regard to the UK’s net zero commitment.
The Committee is now seeking expressions of interest for members to join for a three year term. It does not expect individuals from regulated firms to apply for this particular committee, and will welcome in particular candidates with expertise in insurance, wholesale banking or consumer advocacy. It is asking for CVs by 9 May.
