Following the Supreme Court ruling that quashed the convictions of Carlo Palombo and Tom Hayes the FCA has revoked Mr Palombo’s ban and ending its action against Mr Hayes, which he had referred to the Upper Tribunal. The convictions had formed the basis for the FCA’s action.
