FCA has confirmed its plan to archive its older supervisory communications so that firms can find relevant current publications more easily. All its multi-firm and thematic reviews dated before 2022 will still be accessible but will be labelled as “historic”. Going forwards, instead of “Dear CEO” and portfolio letters, the FCA will move to publishing a small number of market reports. It will continue to carry out and publish multi-firm and thematic reviews and will evaluate existing currently relevant reviews.
