The FCA has published various documents relating to the challenge to its motor finance commission redress scheme. It has published the Tribunal’s suspension and directions orders, as well as the applications and statements of grounds of the 3 firms and Consumer Voice that have made the challenge, and its own grounds of response.
Anyone who wants to be added as an Interested Party can apply by the end of 4 August.
The publication of the documents adds nothing to the guidance the FCA published on 2 July explaining the effects of the suspension and direction.
