PRA consults on “low impact” amendments

The PRA is consulting on a package of various amendments to its rulebook none of which are substantive. The changes relate to:

• giving effect to the deference arrangements under the Berne Agreement;
• a change to the TMTP calculation formula;
• a change to the “no c0-mingling” requirement for insurance SPVs;
• various miscellaneous amendments to bring the Handbook up to date.
