Premier Insurance Company Limited, a Gibraltar authorised insurer operating in the UK on a freedom of services basis, went into administration in October, after stopping writing new policies in January 2025. The FCA has confirmed that the joint administrators plan to end all policies on 1 December 2025 so any remaining policyholders will need to check they have valid cover from elsewhere.
