Emma RadmoreThe FCA is making changes to application and notification forms on Connect. It is redesigning forms to make them more intuitive and is also taking the opportunity to improve the strucutre of some of its questions and to get high quality data from the outset.
Forms A and B, the firm details attestation form, the sensitive business names application and the waivers form are now available for everyone to use.
Other forms are currently being tested – the Annex I registration forms for institutions and individuals, Form C and the PSD Agent forms.
