Emma RadmoreThe FCA’s latest Handbook Notice confirms changes to:
- apply the rules set out in the Funeral Planning Conduct of Business (FPCOB) sourcebook to funeral plan providers selling their own plans directly to customers. These changes come into force on 29 July 2022;
- amend the exclusion from transaction reporting for securities financing transactions, set out in Article 2(5)(a) of the MiFID RTS 22, as onshored. It comes into force on 1 April 2022; and
- the Enforcement Guide to explain a power under the EU Exit Passport Regulations and how the FCA is likely to exercise this power. This change takes effect on 28 February 2022.
