Antony Townsend has resigned as Chair of the BBRS SME Liaison Panel, saying it has been very difficult for him to make progress and he has been disappointed at some of the BBRS responses to the Panel’s concerns. Given this resignation, and the FCA Call for Input on SME access to FOS, the BBRS has now closed the Panel with immediate effect rather than waiting until the end of the year as originally planned.
