Emma RadmorePSR is consulting on the way in which it reviews its general directions and generally imposed requirements. FSMA 2023 has added new requirements for PSR to keep these under review and publish statements of policy about the reviews. PSR proposes a review framework which will set out how it will identify when it should review these requirements, how it will do so, how stakeholders can request a review or respond to consultations and how it would prioritise a review.
It asks for comments by 22 December.
