Emma RadmorePSR plans to update the list of “directed legal entities” for the purposes of the supply of card0-acquiring services and the method for updating it in the future. PSR says several providers have told it about changes in the legal entities that provide services, so it needs to make updates to reflect these, and wants to be able without consultation to make similar changes in future. It also wants to add Checkout Limited, whose share of card transactions acquired at UK outlets now falls within the set of most significant providers.
Consultation closes on 9 February.
