The signatory regulators to a joint-authority Memorandum of Understanding on co-operation in relation to payment systems in the UK have carried out their 8th annual review of how well the MoU is working. The BoE, FCA, PRA and PSR think it is working well, but have identified some further areas for future co-operation and co-ordination, including stablecoin regulation.
