The FCA has banned former Credit Suisse Vice President Detelina Subeva for lacking integrity. This is the third ban on former Credit Suisse staff following their roles in conspiracy to commit money laundering, which resulted in the FCA and other global regulators fining Credit Suisse in 2021. Ms Subeva pleaded guilty in the US in 2019, and admitted receiving $200,000 in illegal kickbacks.
